Lead-Gen starts with awareness, with perception – with the brand. Everything comes easier for a strong brand: clicks, leads, form-fills, attendance at open houses, applications, and acceptances. Yes, media dollars are weighted heavily toward highly targeted digital, social, and email lead-gen campaigns. But yes, brand-building is required.
